Everyone feels their anger is justified when they're actually angry. Equally, we've all looked back and realised we may have overreacted. But for some people, anger can become a problem that needs to be addressed.

Anger is an emotion related to one's psychological interpretation of having been offended, wronged or denied and a tendency to undo that by retaliation. Anger is also a mixture of both emotional and physical changes. A big surge of energy goes through your body as chemicals, such as adrenaline, are released.

Now here are Passive and Active anger symptoms:

# Passive Anger #

Dispassion, such as giving the cold shoulder or phony smiles, looking unconcerned, sitting on the fence while others sort things out, not responding to another's anger, frigidity, talking of frustrations but showing no feeling.

Evasiveness, such as turning your back in a crisis, avoiding conflict, not arguing back, becoming phobic.

Ineffectualness, such as setting yourself and others up for failure, choosing unreliable people to depend on, being accident prone, expressing frustration at insignificant things but ignoring serious ones.

Obsessive behavior, such as needing to be inordinately clean and tidy, making a habit of constantly checking things, over-dieting or overeating, demanding that all jobs be done perfectly.
Self blame, such as apologizing too often, being overly critical, inviting criticism.
Self sacrifice, such as being overly helpful, making do with second best, quietly making long-suffering signs but refusing help, or lapping up gratefulness.
Psychological manipulation, such as provoking people to aggression and then patronizing them, false tearfulness, feigning illness, sabotaging relationships, using sexual provocation, using a third party to convey negative feelings.

# Active Anger #

Bullying, such as threatening people directly, persecuting, pushing or shoving, using power to oppress, shouting, driving someone off the road, playing on people's weaknesses.

Destructiveness, such as destroying objects, harming animals, destroying a relationship, reckless driving, substance abuse.

Grandiosity, such as showing off, expressing mistrust, not delegating, being a sore loser, wanting center stage all the time, not listening, talking over people's heads, expecting kiss and make-up sessions to solve problems.

Hurtfulness, such as physical violence, verbal abuse, biased or vulgar jokes, breaking a confidence, using foul language, ignoring people's feelings, willfully discriminating, blaming, punishing people for unwarranted deeds, labeling others.

Unjust blaming, such as accusing other people for your own mistakes, blaming people for your own feelings, making general accusations.
Vengeance, such as being over-punitive, refusing to forgive and forget, bringing up hurtful memories from the past.
Threats, such as frightening people by saying how you could harm them, their property or their prospects, finger pointing, fist shaking, wearing clothes or symbols associated with violent behavior, tailgating, excessively blowing a car horn, slamming doors.

Relaxation is one of the most effective self-help activities for mental health. It can be a useful addition to any other form of treatment as well as being an effective measure to prevent the development of stress and anxiety.

- Start to breathe slowly and deeply, in a calm and effortless way.
- Gently tense, then relax, each part of your body, starting with your feet and working your way up to your face and head.
- As you focus on each area, think of warmth, heaviness and relaxation.
- Push any distracting thoughts to the back of your mind; imagine them floating away.
- Don't try to relax; simply let go of the tension in your muscles and allow them to become relaxed.
- Let your mind go empty. Some people find it helpful to visualize a calm, beautiful place such as a garden or meadow.
- Stay like this for about 20 minutes, then take some deep breaths and open your eyes, but stay sitting or lying for a few moments before you get up.

Note: body-centered exercises also have an effect on the mind. Having a relaxed body may not prevent a constant flow of anxiety-inducing thoughts but it's a good basis for getting some control of them. So for best results try to combine both body and mind relaxing techniques.

What is "Bowel Cancer"? Bowel cancer or also known as rectal, colorectal or colon cancer, affects the lower part of the digestive system, the large bowel and the rectum.

Symptoms:

- The main treatment option is surgery, and if the disease can be caught before it breaks through the bowel wall, chances of success are much higher.

What is "Sun Poisoning"? Sun Poisoning or referred to "Photodermatitis" is a health problem of form of allergic contact dermatitis in which the allergen must be activated by light to sensitize the allergic response, and to cause a rash or other systemic effects on subsequent exposure.

3 US fluid ounces (89 ml; 3.1 imp fl oz) Bourbon whiskey

4 to 6 sprigs mint leaves

granulated sugar, to taste

How to mix it:

*Put mint, sugar, and a small amount of crushed or shaved ice into the bottom of a julep cup or tall glass.

(Optional: Muddle the mint and sugar, then let stand for a bit to allow the broken leaves to release their flavor.)

Everyone needs goals and challenges. But too much can be damaging, such as stress problem. Any sort of loss, from bereavement, divorce and separation to a child leaving home, causes stress, as do long-term illness and disability. 2. Difficulty getting to sleep and early morning waking.

Then how do we deal with this things?!

The way to managing stress is to look after yourself and, remove some of the causes of stress if possible. Take a day off work, domestic chores, family and everything else that puts pressure on you. Spend the day doing only relaxing things that make you feel good.

The Eagle Ray

What is "Eagle Ray"? The eagle ray is a group of cartilaginous fishes in the family Myliobatidae, consisting mostly of large species living in the open ocean rather than on the sea bottom. They are excellent swimmers and are able to breach the water up to several metres above the surface.

Elizabeth Taylor, the legendary actress famed for her beauty, her jet-set lifestyle, her charitable endeavors and her many marriages, has died at 79.

Taylor announced a diagnosis of congestive heart failure, a progressive condition in which the heart is too weak to pump sufficient blood throughout the body, particularly to the lower extremities such as the ankles and feet.

In 2009 she underwent cardiac surgery to replace a leaky valve. and in February 2011, new symptoms related to congestive heart failure caused her to be admitted into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for treatment.

She was buried in a private Jewish ceremony, presided over by Rabbi Jerry Cutler, the day after she died, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California. Taylor is entombed in the Great Mausoleum, where public access to her tomb is restricted.

Face Transplant

First, what is "Face Transplant"? A face transplant is an experimental procedure to replace all or part of a person's face. Usually people with faces disfigured by trauma, burns, disease, or birth defects might aesthetically benefit from this procedure.

The alternative to a face transplant is to move the patient's own skin from their back, buttocks or thighs to their face in a series of as many as 50 operations to regain even limited function and a face that is often likened to a mask or a living quilt.

* Surgery Treatment*
The procedure consists of a series of operations requiring rotating teams of specialists. With issues of tissue type, age, sex, and skin color taken into consideration, the patient's face is removed and replaced (including the underlying fat, nerves and blood vessels, but no musculature). The surgery may last anywhere from 8 to 15 hours, followed by a 10–14 day hospital stay.

After the procedure a lifelong regimen of immunosuppressive drugs is necessary to suppress the patient's own immune systems and prevent rejection. Long-term immunosuppression increases the risk of developing life-threatening infections, kidney damage, and cancer. The surgery may result in complications such as infections that could turn the new face black and require a second transplant or reconstruction with skin grafts.

The transplant does not give the patient's face the appearance of the deceased donor's face because the underlying musculature and bones are different. Facial movements are controlled by the brain, so the personality as expressed by the face remains that of the patient.

What Is Phobia?

Phobia means fear [from Greek], or its an intense fear of anxiety that occurs only in a particular situation that frightens. For example, if you have a phobia of snake (as millions of people do), you only feel anxious when there's a snake around, otherwise you feel fine.

Phobias make people avoid situations they know will make them anxious, but unfortunately this can make the phobia worse. A person's life can become increasingly dominated by the precautions they take to avoid a situation they fear. You may know there's no real danger and you may feel embarrassed by your fear, but you're still unable to control it. It's better to confront your fears, even if it's in a very careful way or with the help of a trained therapist.

There are three categories of phobia, which is:
1. Social Phobia
This kind of phobia fears involving other people or social situations such as performance anxiety or fears of embarrassment by scrutiny of others, such as eating in public. Overcoming social phobia is often very difficult without the help of therapy or support groups.

2. Specific Phobia
This phobia fear of a single specific panic trigger such as spiders, snakes, dogs, water, heights, flying, etc. And yeah, there's so many people have these fears.

3. Agoraphobia
It's a generalized fear of leaving home or the one that he/she called 'safe' area, and of possible panic attacks that might follow. May also be caused by various specific phobias such as fear of open spaces, social embarrassment (social agoraphobia), fear of contamination (fear of germs, possibly complicated by obsessive-compulsive disorder) or PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) related to a trauma that occurred out of doors.

Then how do we treat this kind of things? Most of them will use:
1. Cognitive behavioural therapy, or a 'talking treatment' where you learn all about the thing or situation you are scared of and how to change your behaviour and this method has a high success rate in phobias.

2. Hypnotherapy coupled with Neuro-linguistic programming, it used to help remove the associations that trigger a phobic reaction. However, lack of research and scientific testing compromises its status as an effective treatment.

PS: treatment options are not mutually exclusive. Often a therapist will suggest multiple treatments.

What is Insomnia? Insomnia is repeated difficulty in getting to, staying or getting enough good quality sleep, despite adequate opportunity, which leads to some form of impairment of performance or well being during the daytime.

But why we have this kind of thing? Hmm,,, sleeping difficulties are most commonly caused by stress and worry. And of course we all faces this kind of things everyday, from work, or maybe relationship problems. Another common causes include physical illness that causes pain, environmental noise, caffeine or alcohol consumption, and medication side-effects.

Insomnia really affect our body and mind to excessive daytime tiredness, which in turn may be responsible for accidents, poor concentration, and irritability.

Then how to get well or sleep like a normal people? We could try to follow a set routine, going to sleep and getting up at the same time and avoiding daytime naps, and do NOT work in your bedroom.

We could also try avoiding caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. Getting more exercise during the day, having a warm milky drink before bed, and herbs such as valerian and camomile can also help.

Generally, people listening to slow or love songs when they're broken heart. Believe me, most of them.... But why listen to slow or love songs? From my experience is because of the lyrics or rhythm that will makes us comfort.

But how bout they that listening to metal songs? It's same, they're listening music to be comfort but with a different music style [cause each person has a different personality and taste of music. I think this has some kind of connection with psychology huh? Don't know for exactly, LoLz]

*Having Fun
You're happy when you're sing right? Or when you hear your favorite songs, you'll move your hand, or legs spontaneously and maybe you'll jump to the floor then go dancing. Well, we all like this, maybe cause this is what music for, to bring happiness!

One in four of us will experience some sort of mental health issue at some stage in our lives, and for example is "bereavement". There's no right or wrong way to grieve and there's no telling how long it may take but how we face it.

There's many types of bereavement, for example:
1. Losing a child - finding support when your world's turned upside down
2. Losing a parent - both adults and children may have to face this loss
3. The death of a partner - the emotional and practical impact of being widowed
4. The death of a friend - facing the loss of a friend and the gap left in your life

And the effect of bereavement? Let's say it can effect us physically or mentally:
1. The physical effects of bereavement - a look at how grief affects the body as well as the mind
2. How bereavement affects human - anger, sadness, confusion, fatigue - everyone is different

How to help your self when you face this situation? The most important is you do NOT hurt yourself. You should care with your own health, because the one that past before us won't like if we sick/hurt, right?

Then deal with your feelings. Sharing the pain with other members of the family can be helpful, but they too may have their own pain and may not want to hear your story repeatedly. A good friend who's not so emotionally involved may be prepared to listen.

And if that is difficult, maybe you can try a bereavement counselling. Why? Because, sometimes an outsider can help you sort out your feelings.

Umumnya rusuk sulit dipatahin, tapi ya namanya idup, bisa terjadi juga, dari kecelakaan lah, jatoh lah, atw apa lah,,,, kyakakaka XD

1. Gejala Patah Tulang
Cara paling gampang meriksa patah rusuk atw bukan itu dari bekas luka atau terjadinya kecelakaan. Contohnya jatoh n' dadanya kebentur, atau tabrakan mobil n' dadanya kena stir. Nah, biasanya gejala umumnya tuh:
~ Sakit waktu narik nafas
~ Kaya ada yang beda di daerah rusuk [bingung gw jelasinnya]
Tapi ada juga yang lebih parah daripada patah biasa, yaitu kalau rusuknya sampe keluar dr otot n' tulang yang ngelilinginnya. Jadinya bisa labil n' gerak2 kalau si korban napas

2. Gejala Lebih Parah
Kalau misalkan korban dah ngalamin kaya begini abis kecelakaan:
~ Sesak nafas parah
~ Batuk berdarah
~ Pipis berdarah
Bisa jadi itu rusuk nya patah lebih dari 3, tapi untuk lebih yakin ya pastinya X-Ray :))

Tapi, patah rusuk bisa sembuh sendiri n' g merembet2 ke yang lain. Nah kabar buruknya adalah,,,,,, rasanya super saiyan 4 sakit [baca: sakit buanguettt!!!] n' kita gak bisa ngapa2-in coz napas ja sakit

Jadi kl lg otw ke RS sih pasti dikasih painkiller, so,,,, latihan nahan sakit dari sekarang, coz kl ga berani sakit berarti ga napas, kyakakaka

Memanah mungkin terlihat kuno dan tidak efektif, tapi ternyata asik juga kalau bisa manah. Tapi tentunya dengan tehnik yang betul. Nih kucoba jabarin sedikit cara2nya:

1. Usahakan badan tegak menghadap target [atau korban mungkin, kekeke]. Kaki dilebarkan seukuran bahu.

2. Pegang busur dengan lurus/vetikal, karena kalau miring2 bisa jadi panah nyasar :))

3. Saat menarik panah dari busur, tangan harus tepat di samping wajah dan pastinya tetap dalam posisi vertikal. Ujung panahnya dikeker/arahkan ke target.

4. Lepaskan anak panah setelah kamu yakin dan juga perhatikan angin karena angin bisa membantu menambah kecepatan panah
