It's no secret that exercise is a great way to keep your body fit. You'll feel better, filled with energy, and other benefits! So why most of people avoid regular exercise and physical activities? Never mind that, let's discuss five benefits of doing exercise regularly.

Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or maintain weight loss. The reason is simple, when you engage in physical activities, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn.

Regular exercise helps prevent or manage wide range of health problems, including stroke, metabolic, depression, number types of cancer, arthritis and falls. Regular physical activity can improve your energy levels and physical appearance, which may boost your sex life. With this, there won't be any reason like too tired to do and enjoy physical intimacy with your partner. Other than that, regular physical activity may enhance arousal for women, as for men, are less likely to have problems with erectile dysfunction than are men who don't exercise.

5. Fun and Fun
Physical activities can be enjoyable. It gives you a chance to enjoy outdoors, connect with family or friends, or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Exercise can be done anywhere, you don't have to be stuck in a gym to be fit. You can hit hiking trails, or join a soccer team. What important is you need to find a physical activity that you enjoy. If somehow you're bored with it, try something new or do something different with your friends.
