  1. Have Breakfast
    If you're not a fan of having breakfast every morning, you should try to change and make a habit of one.

    Cigarette causes most cases of lung and oral cancer. It damages your airways and the air sacs in your lungs. Not to mention the smokes also annoy and harms others around you.

    School, work, traffic jam, it seems like the universe is trying so hard to get you a stressful life in which you try to ease the pain with not so wise decisions such as unhealthy drinking or eating.
