Vegetables, some people don't like them and prefer to eat meat only, or even processed meat. 

It is unfortunate, because vegetables are mostly low in calorie and high nutrients. Veggies also packed with essential fibers, minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins which of course provide many benefits for your body. Now, let's get deeper into the benefits of the vegetables.

Digestive Health
Vegetables are high in fiber, and it is needed for optimum digestion. Fiber also improved vitamin and mineral absorption in your body. 

Nutrition and Mineral
Vegetables have a thing called Folate, which can also be found in other food, but mostly in green leafy veggies. Now folate, is a B vitamin and needed to make red and white blood cells. 

There's also a thing called Potassium which may help reduce blood pressure by helping your kidney to filter sodium more efficiently.

Prevent Cancer
With antioxidants
such as vitamin C, selenium, beta carotene and others, consuming Kale and other green veggies, could lower the risk of developing cancer.

In conclusion, don't be afraid to eat vegetables. It can be a tasty and delicious because how versatile this food is. Veggies can be steamed, stir fry, roasted, eat raw, and many more! 

A balance and rotating diet of different veggies is one of the best way to source nutrients. Mix it with meat, and enjoy your vegetables.
